The 2012 edition of the European Business Travel awards has just been held in London. The prestigious event took place in a hotel in the capital, and amongst notable successes were: National Travel Buyer of the Year (sponsored by Carlson Wagonlit Travel), Nicola Spence, Travel Services Manager at Balfour Beatty Worksmart. The title of Best CSR Initiative in a Travel Programme

 Went to Paul Hinds, Head of Sustainability, Natural England. Petra Metsola and Christine Blomqvist (Category Manager Travel – Travel Contact Team and Shared Service Center and Travel Accountant Team Manager at  Wärtsilä) were honoured for Best Travel Policy Compliance Programme – sponsored by Zibrant.
